Thomson end support blocks clamp to the shaft to keep it in position. The blocks come with through mounting holes that can be used to bolt them to the mounting surface.
Part numbers that have an “M” after SB or ASB have Metric diameter bores for use with Metric diameter shafting. example SBM16 would be a standard profile block for use on 16mm shaft.
End support blocks are available in two mounting configurations:
- Base mount
- Flange mount

Base mount support blocks are available in either:
- Standard height. Part numbers begin with SB.
- Lower profile. Part number begin with ASB.
