Thomson currently has two account systems - one for the website and CAD model downloads, and one for e-commerce. We understand that two logins is an inconvenience and are working to consolidate our systems into one login process. Until we’re able to consolidate the two logins, please follow these guidelines:
Similar to ball screws, ball splines can be ordered with the ends machined. This is necessary for installation into bearing assemblies to support the shaft. Machining can be one of our standard ends, as shown in the catalog, or per a customer print.
The outer race can also be machined as long as the machining does not
interfere with the ball return paths. Keyways or dowel holes can be
machined in to assist in mounting and transmit torque loads.
