Thomson LC2000 Lifting Columns

Thomson LC2000 Lifting Columns

Perfect for medical and ergonomic automation applications, Thomson's LC2000 Lifting Column gives your application a simple, all-in-one solution.

Made with a three-piece extrusion, 2000 N loading capacity and a telescoping leadscrew mechanism, the LC2000 provides an ideal extension-to-retraction ratio.

This self-supporting column is made of extruded anodized aluminum.  The aesthetic design requires no additional shrouding or covering.

Plus, the LC2000 has been EMC recognized for medical applications and the quiet operation meets CE standards for audible noise requirements. Protections, such as end of stroke limit switches, make this unit an ideal product for your application.

DCG Control Series

 DCG Controls

  • Controls available for single lifting column operation or synchronous operation of two lifting columns equipped with encoders
  • Small and light weight control operated via a control pendant (ordered separately)
  • Built in Electronic Limit Switches (ELS) stop the lifting column automatically at end of stroke or mid stroke stall
  • No wiring is necessary to the control as all connections are done through plugs

* Control will shut off if duty cycle is exceeded and automatically reset when cooled off.
** DCG-280 monitors the encoder pulses and not the motor currents. If the pulses arrive too slowly or not at all it will stop the motion of the lifting column.
